Tasty food, professional and especially helpful staff with one particular male member of staff being able to speak very good English. Brand-new and reasonably large room with a cardWeak WiFi and TV, for instance;))

1/ Value for money for the room size, location, room design, facilities provided and friendly staff. 2/ Location is fair distance from Tiantandongmen station from line 5. 3/ Some tips for direction to hotel - looks for northeast/northwest exit from tiantandongmen station. Walk toward to Hong Qiao Pearl shopping mall(there is McD & starbuck at ground floor). After pass the starbuck, turn right and u will see many restaurants on your left and a building selling pearl on your right. Just walk straight for around 500m, u will see the hotel in blue signage on your right. 4/ Good Wifi coverage in lobby and room. Get the username and password from the reception. 5/ There is massage center nearby(ask the reception for direction). It is quite good for 1 hour body massage for rmb80. 6/ there is a shopping mall specialise on selling ski equipment. Exit from southeast ciqikou station, line 5. can bargain and quite complete on the things u want and brands. Neaby the station, if u going north, there is a new world mall and glory mall. Many restaurants, supermarket and shops. Walking distance from the hotel. 7/ Walking distance for less than 1km to Temple of Heaven.

We had a great experience at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the Pearl market just a short distance away. the security was good and we felt safe during our stay. the room had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, hot water, and a comfortable bed. it was a convenient and comfortable stay at Bestay Hotel Express. Cons: All good 😊.

Staff did not speak a word of English, so was difficult to communicate.

Great budget hotel, comfortable room with everything I needed, including wifi in my room. Use of the computer downstairs in the lobby was also very helpful. Some staff spoke a little English to help me with a few things.

Staff were quite rude and unhelpful. Hotel guests were very, very noisy at all hours - being in a small room on a small floor with all the rooms so close together, I often found it hard to sleep or was woken up in the middle of the night by people shouting in the corridors or noise from other rooms. It was also very difficult to get taxis back to the hotel - none of the drivers knew the road or hotel name so I had to direct them or they had to call the hotel themselves for directions.

Never seen a hotel with a front desk before. So convenient, they even have newspapers! And guess what, they have free WiFi throughout the hotel. Incredible, right?

Oh, and let's not forget about the amazing view from the window. It's just a few centimeters away from another room.

Small room and when i booked the hotel was shown in the map as very close to Tiananmen sq., i took the directions and went there, but not hotel... the hotel was 4 metro stops from there near Temple of Heaven, and that was very bad!!! 4 hours looking for! so i would rate this hotel with an 8 without this big mistake, but because of that and hope the responsabile will think about, i rate it with a 0

Nothing, all excellent.

The hotel was clean. The staff at the reception desk were excellent. The location is near a nice food court and Tiananmen East metro station. There are large, functional rooms with transparent glass, which was nice.
